- 1 medium banana
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 packet Glytactin BetterMilk or Build
- 1 cup (100g) Cambrooke Baking Mix (or 1 cup [100g] Cambrooke MixQuick and eliminate baking powder)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix ingredients until blended.
- Pour batter into 4 muffin tins, divided evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
