Scrambled Eggz on Bagel Ingredients: 15g Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds ¼ chopped bell pepper ¼ cup Cambrooke Eggz 6-8 tbsp non-dairy creamer 1 Cambrooke Plain Bagel You will also need 1 tsp. butter. Method: Combine the Eggz and creamer. Melt butter in a pan, and add the Eggz mixture. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper and stir for another 4-5 minutes. Add cheese and stir for a further minute. Ingredients: Cambrooke protein substitutes that would work with this recipe (choose one): RTD Original 15, RTD Original 10, Bettermilk Original 15, Bettermilk Lite 20, Build 20/20 ½ tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. syrup 3 dates (soaked for 20 minutes) 1 tbsp. dried cranberries You will also need 1 cup ice.
