Spiced Carrot and Orange Soup

Ingredients 2 small oranges (zested and juiced)1/2 tbsp olive oil1 small grated onion3 1/2 cups grated carrot1 sliced/deseeded red chilli2 tsp Cambrooke Chicken Consommé (mixed with 2 cups boiling water) Directions: Heat oil in saucepan. add onion, carrot and chilli.Cover and heat for 5 minutes.
