  • 1 Cambrooke Pita Pocket
  • 1 Tbs olive oil, vegetable spray or butter
  • Seasonings
  • Cut pita pocket into 8-wedges with a sharp knife or pizza wheel.
  • Arrange pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush or spray lightly with oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings: salt or seasoned salt, taco seasoning, cinnamon sugar, etc.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F until crisp and lightly browned, approximately 10 minutes.
  • SUGGESTIONS: Serve alone or with your favorite condiment.
