“Chicken” Parmigiana

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Mix together the patty mix, red onion, Chicken Consomme, vegetable oil
  • Add water and oregano and form into a patty
  • Add oil to the pan and fry the patty for 5 minutes or until golden brown
  • Place patty on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 350F
  • Add 1/2 – 1 tub of marinara mini and a slice of swiss cheese
  • Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes
  • Serve with Aproten Penne
  • Serve patty on the pasta and season with oregano
