Moo Shu Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cambrooke Chicken Patty Mix patty, uncooked (see package instructions)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ (17.5g) small onion, chopped and/or 1 green onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup coleslaw mix
  • 4 (36g) Boston bib or butter lettuce leaves

Optional extra ingredients:

  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced pickled ginger

Method:

  • Fry patty mix until golden brown. Set to one side.
  • Fry onion and garlic in same pan for 2 minutes. Add coleslaw, sesame oil and teriyaki sauce.
  • Add patty mix and stir for a further 2-3 minutes until combined.
  • Arrange your lettuce boats on the plate and then top with the patty mix.
