Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 65g Cambrooke MixQuick
  • 16g instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 33g sugar
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy creamer

Method:

  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into a large mug or bowl (must hold 1.5 cups liquid).
  • Microwave for 20 seconds at a time for 3 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve!
