- 2 packs Cambrooke Tortilla Chips
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. salsa
Serves: 2 persons
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius or 428 degrees fahrenheit.
- Place the Cambrooke Tortilla Chips in a large oven-proof bowl.
- Mash up the avocado and place on top of the chips. Then add the salsa and Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Add the mayonnaise on top and serve with extra salsa!
