Ingredients for Cookie:

• 1/2 packet / 342 g Cambrooke Sugar Cookie Mix
• 3 1/4 tbsp / 55 ml Water
• 6 tbsp / 85 g Butter

Ingredients for Icing:

• 1 tbsp / 14 g Butter
• 1 Cup / 120 g Confectioners Sugar
• 1 tsp / 5 g Green Food Colouring

Directions:

• Mix together all ingredients into a dough.
• Cut into 18 x 3″ Cookies.
• Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350 F.
• For Icing, gradually mix butter into the sugar.
• Blend in the green food colouring.
• Fill a piping bag and decorate.
