This competition is for patients, parent or caregiver of a metabolic condition only, based in North America. Those residing outside of North America, will not be considered.
Two winners will be chosen at random on September 5th. Any entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The first prize contains an Apple Watch Series 3. The second prize contains Apple AirPods 2nd Generation.
All data will be used to fulfil delivery of the competition prize and sample requests, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
