- 3/4 cup fresh coconut milk (or non dairy milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Cambrooke Shortgrain Rice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and vanilla over a medium heat.
- Once the milk starts to steam, add rice and turn up the heat. Stir for 5 minutes then cover.
- Once cooked, remove from the heat and stir in sugar and orange zest.
