  • 4 Cambrooke Tortillas Wraps
  • ½ cup diced red tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup (85g) sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup (60g) black olives
  • ⅓ cup Cambrooke Cheddar Shreds
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • 4 Tbs salsa
  • Prepare the ingredients then divide them evenly between each of the 4 tortillas.
  • Layer all the ingredients in a small rectangle on the bottom half of each round tortilla.
  • Fold in two sides until they meet in the center. Fold the bottom of the tortilla to the center over the filling, and continue rolling.
  • SUGGESTIONS: ITALIAN WRAP: mushrooms, spinach,tomatoes and CBF Mozzarella Shreds. ASIAN WRAP: grilled eggplant basted with teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. MEDITERRANEAN WRAP: arugula leaves, CBF Tabbouleh recipe, and roasted red peppers. AMERICAN WRAP: lettuce, tomatoes, CBF American Cheese Singles and sandwich spread. DESSERT WRAP: apple slices sauteed with maple syrup, lemon juice, butter and rum. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
