{"id":2046,"date":"2020-10-28T14:00:42","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T14:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cambrooke.com\/blog\/?p=2046"},"modified":"2020-10-28T14:27:01","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T14:27:01","slug":"low-protein-spaghetti-bolognese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cambrooke.com\/blog\/2020\/10\/low-protein-spaghetti-bolognese\/","title":{"rendered":"Low Protein Spaghetti Bolognese"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup (102 g) Cambrooke Burger Patty Mix<\/li><li>10-15 Tbsp water<\/li><li>5-8 tsp vegetable oil<\/li><li>1 onion, diced<\/li><li>1 carrot, grated<\/li><li>1 zucchini, grated<\/li><li>1 tsp (3 g) Cambrooke Chicken Consomm\u00e9<\/li><li>1 sprinkle cumin&nbsp;<\/li><li>3-4 containers Cambrooke Marinara Minis<\/li><li>1 packet low protein spaghetti, prepared according to package directions&nbsp;<\/li><li>salt, to taste<\/li><li>Chopped basil garnish, optional<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a deep bowl, place Burger Patty Mix. Add water and oil (slowly and gradually while mixing with a fork), then add Chicken Consomm\u00e9 and cumin.<\/li><li>With a fork, gently mix to get a \u201cmincemeat\u201d crumbly consistency. Place aside.<\/li><li>In a non-stick frypan, brown onions, then add carrots and zucchini. Add patty mixture and gently combine to keep that \u201cmince\/crumbly\u201d consistency. Once mixed through, add Marinara Minis one tub at a time and mix through. Bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
