{"id":1918,"date":"2020-08-05T15:54:32","date_gmt":"2020-08-05T15:54:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cambrooke.com\/blog\/?p=1918"},"modified":"2020-08-10T10:41:22","modified_gmt":"2020-08-10T10:41:22","slug":"zucchini-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cambrooke.com\/blog\/2020\/08\/zucchini-bread\/","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 1\/2 cups \/ 225 g zucchini (grated)<\/li><li>3\/4 cup \/ 115 g white sugar<\/li><li>1\/2 cup \/ 75 g vegetable oil<\/li><li>1\/2 cup \/ 75 g water<\/li><li>1\/4 cup \/ 40 g brown sugar<\/li><li>1 Tsp vanilla extract<\/li><li>3 cups \/ 450 g <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/baking-mix-p584.aspx#.XyrVaRNKjBI\">Cambrooke Baking Mix<\/a> (see below for instructions using <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/mixquick-p583.aspx#.XyrVmxNKjBI\">MixQuick<\/a>)<\/li><li>1 Tsp nutmeg<\/li><li>1 1\/2 Tsp baking powder<\/li><li>1 1\/2 Tsp baking soda<\/li><li>2 Tsp cinnamon<\/li><li>1\/2 Tsp salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl, mix the zucchini, oil, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract.<\/li><li>In another bowl add <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/baking-mix-p584.aspx#.XyrVaRNKjBI\">Cambrooke Baking Mix<\/a>, salt, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg and mix together with a fork.<\/li><li>Add the wet ingredients with the dry and mix well. Slowly add the water if the mix is too thick. <\/li><li>Pour into a greased loaf tin or 9&#8243; x 13&#8243; baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 F.<\/li><li>Bread is done when inserted toothpick comes out clean<\/li><li>MIXQUICK INSTRUCTIONS: Replace the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/baking-mix-p584.aspx#.XyrVaRNKjBI\">Baking Mix<\/a> with 3 loosely-filled cups of <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/mixquick-p583.aspx#.XyrVmxNKjBI\">MixQuick<\/a> and remove the baking powder and baking soda (these are already in the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.nexternal.com\/cbfi2000\/mixquick-p583.aspx#.XyrVmxNKjBI\">MixQuick<\/a>).
