Melt butter in a pan, and add the Eggz mixture. Stir for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the pepper and stir for another 4-5 minutes. Add cheese and stir for a further minute.<\/li>\n<li>Toast the bagel and add the Eggz mixture on top.
