Mulled Wine

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced orange
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 2.5 cups grape juice
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 tsp mixed spice

Directions

  • Heat all ingredients (apart from the orange).
  • Bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour into two cups, add orange and enjoy!
